Hi, I’m Jacqueline Gooding, Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor (E-RYT200) and I’m in the process of completing my RYT500. I am Lakeside Wellness’ lead yoga instructor, so if you’re interested in teaching classes with us (of any sort) here, I’m your gal! I began practicing yoga in my teens and began my professional practice in 2005. I am also a Clinical Massage Therapist and I use my experience with both modalities, as well as my training in other Movement Therapies, to create unique, educational yoga classes that are suitable for all ages and all levels. My yoga classes focus on the therapeutic advantages of yoga. I always offer modifications and various levels of difficulty so that you can make your classes with me as gentle or as challenging as you would like.

Gentle Chair Yoga  – Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Chair Yoga is a wonderful class that is especially great for anyone who feels physically unstable or for anyone who has chronic pain or injuries. Each student is provided a padded chair to assist with your movement throughout class. For anyone who ever thought yoga was not for them, this class is for you!


Mixed Level Hatha  – Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. and Fridays from 11 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.

Hatha is one of the most commonly used terms to describe many levels and types of yoga class. Jacqueline’s Hatha Yoga classes are gentle to moderately challenging. Jacqueline also offers many modifications throughout their classes to help everyone avoid pain during any given pose.

$15 Per Class

Gentle Chair Yoga – Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 

Blended Hatha – Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. 

Fun Friday Mixed Levels Hatha Yoga  – Fridays from 11 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
